John Rehfeld's professional career has been covered in "The Wall Street Journal," "Computer Resellers News–Top 25 Computer Executives, 1988," "The San Diego Tribune," and "Communiqué," an industry magazine in which his tenure at Seiko Instruments America was the cover feature story (see right).
As a former member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), Rehfeld has lectured at YPO-sponsored universities and has been an invited speaker at venues throughout the world—the US, Europe, Australia, Japan, and China.
Rehfeld has been a panelist at the Aspen Institute, a guest lecturer at Northwestern University, Illinois, and USC and UCI, and currently, is Adjunct Professor of Marketing Management at the Pepperdine University MBA program. He has been interviewed by ABC Business News (Los Angeles) and the Silicon Valley Business Report (San Francisco).
Currently, Rehfeld is Adjunct Professor of Marketing, Executive MBA Program, Pepperdine University, Silicon Valley and Southern California, where he has been named outstanding Adjunct Professor in the Department.
